The meeting place for the Council is to be found on a miniature island. A narrow strip of land, one wolf a time can walk onto this place. There are eight flat topped rocks sank in a circle around this odd island. It is the one place that none of the wolves are allowed to battle, but old loyalties and betrayals often run deep.
