- Have your account name match your wolf's name – don’t register as Sk8rGirl94 and post for a wolf named Joe. An admin can change your account name, if you PM one and ask nicely. Also, please use only letters in your username; no numbers or special characters.
- You can have multiple characters - on the condition that you create seperate accounts for each. There's no limit to how many accounts you can have, but be sensible - please don't make an account in the knowledge that you probably won't be able to keep it active.
- Your wolf can't run around attacking without permission - if you want a character who can lash out and attack other wolves for no reason, then contact an admin. If you don't have said permission, don't do it - remember you need to apply for a fight.
- Your wolf can only be in one thread at a time – unless you apply for permission to put them in two simultaneously.
- You can register a wolf at any age – between pups from three months on, and adults at a maximum of 10 years.
- Realistic colours, please – you cannot have a pink, purple, or unnaturally coloured wolf.
- Your wolf can "just not die" – It would be unfair if you had to kill your favourite character after a certain amount of time. So you can just 'freezeframe' their age at whatever it's at. Pups, however, must reach maturity and cannot stay pups forever. Once they're at 2 years old you may stop them getting older, although no one's going to keep pedantic records of this.
- Accept the rank you're given - you can't expect to join a pack and automatically be made Beta. And even if you're given the rank Omega, deal. It's not forever, and you can odds on work your way up. However, that does not mean you are guaranteed to get Beta in the end! Your chances increase with time, but it is never a dead cert. Don't throw a tantrum if someone else gets a rank you wanted. Activity checks will maybe ask your wolf's rank and desired rank, so it gives the Alphas a hint.
Last, and maybe one of the most important rules to me. I will emphasise this with bold and underline, so you can see how important it is ;]. - Your wolf cannot be perfect
[/li][/ul] (This one isn't a rule, per se, but I'll put it anyway, cause it annoys me. Please don't have a character who is constantly tough-guy, attacking, better-than-you holier-than-thou in every way towards other wolves - ok, so you get arrogant, aggressive jerks in real life. But even they have downtime, are nice to people they like! The only people who are like that permanantly have mental conditions that handicap their social skills. If you desperately want a character like that, contact an admin, but we don't want millions of them running around.)
